How do I pay?
In cash to the driver when you arrive, or by bank transfer through Wise.
How is the fare worked out?
Each vehicle has a starting price that covers the first 100 km. Every km after that costs the vehicle's rate per km, as in the table above. A return trip costs twice the one-way fare.
Can I cancel?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup time. If you cancel later, or do not come to the pickup, 50% of the fare is charged. Write to us by e-mail or WhatsApp with your order number.
Can I book a return trip?
Yes. Choose “Return” under transfer type when you enter the ride.
Can the driver wait for me?
Yes. Waiting for a delayed flight costs nothing. If you want the driver to wait for you during the trip, add up to six hours when you enter the ride, at $3 an hour.
Can I add a name board or a child seat?
Yes, at the second step, after you choose the vehicle: name board $7 · child seat $1 · booster seat $2.
How many bags fit?
From 2 bags in the City car to 51 in the 51-seat coach. The table above shows every vehicle.
